Hey there legend! So you're interested in joining a movement of young people ready to see politics working for everyone in a democracy that actually functions like it should? You're in the right place! 

As a youth-led organisation, we are devoted to supporting and resourcing young leaders. We define "young" as below the age of 35, these are the people who are most underrepresented in politics. 

Don’t worry if you don’t have any experience - we’ve trained lots of young organisers to support candidates who have never been involved in any campaigns or organisations before. 

 What does being part of the Run For It Team look like?

Although we need some specific skills in the team, we want to give everyone a go at everything. All you need is the right attitude and the willingness to commit to the work. It is encouraged to work across teams and to try new things! You might spend most of your time presenting workshops, and writing copy for social media, but then you might jump into the research team to help with gathering data, or maybe helping the community organisers with creating resources for candidates, so many opportunities!
